Non-Resident Library Card

If you live outside the state of Ohio, you may apply for a Greene County Public Library card with a $75 annual fee. You'll need to provide photo ID to be issued a card.

Access to Hoopla is available to non-resident card holders however Libby is not available. Additional online resources not available to non-residents are identified on the library's website.
